In August 2005 I purchased a Big Lake Lodge Park
Model Home from Superior Park Model Homes. I had the home delivered
and set-up in Everglades Adventures RV and Sailing Resort on Lake
Okeechobee in Florida. On October 23, 2005 the campground took a
direct hit from Hurricane Wilma. The Campground was devastated by
150 MPH wind gusts and a 13' storm surge. I arrived at the
campground a few days after and was shocked by the destruction, and
was sure my home was destroyed. But to my surprise, 300' from its
original site, my new park model sat with NO DAMAGE! Thanks Superior, I am writing this letter in appreciation for the quality of service that I received when purchasing a Superior Park Model Home. About a month ago I started to research information about park model homes that looked like log cabins. I found Superior Park Model Homes web site and emailed them that I would like some information. Within a week the sales rep from Florida (where I live) returned my call. His name is Herb. From that day forward it has been a joy going thru the process of purchasing this home. My situation as a little bit different then most people who are looking to purchase. My place of employment was actually purchasing this home for me. I had to do all the leg work and info gathering. So needless to say it got confusing sometimes. I was actually the middle man for this deal when it came to questions asked and answered. Through all of this Herb was very understanding, informative and extremely helpful. This deal would not have taken place without Herb. He answered all my questions, handled all details and was never upset about all the delays there were. I have recommended Superior Park Model Homes, especially Herb, to all my friends and other camp grounds who I know are looking for this type of living quarters. was doing research and when we finally bought from your company. My
wife and I found your company by surfing the internet for the small
"cottage style home" that we needed. I had done quite a bit of
research, both locally and on the computer for these type of homes.
Having been a carpenter for 24 years and a master carpenter for the
last ten years I felt that your building specifications were
definitely the best available. Of course there is the matter of the
terrific price that you have for your units. I could have bought
similar models much closer to home but not with the same quality and
low price. I can not tell you enough how happy I am to have found
your company on the internet. You have given me new confidence in
doing business over the internet and phone. Before doing business
with you I would have never sent I would like to thank you for your great customer service and
knowledge about the park model industry. I am definitely happy with
our purchase, and Superior Park Model Homes' quality has met my

Model Homes on the internet. From the first phone call that the
sales staff returned to answer my questions I knew that I was
dealing with a credible and honest individual. After a few weeks of
learning all that I could about the park model business I decided to
go to Georgia to tour the factory, and make a

We had searched for a while in
the Florida Panhandle and in South Georgia for a park model mobile
home to place on our lot on beautiful Lake Martin in Dadeville
Alabama. After several futile trips and not finding the quality and
service we were looking for, a friend of ours recommended we look up
Stacey Ferguson at Superior Park Model Homes in Pelham Georgia. When
we went to the factory, we met with sales staff, who we could tell right
away was excited about the homes they produce at Superior. He
treated us with enthusiasm and respected our input as to what we not
only needed but wanted. After a tour of the manufacturing plant and
seeing the quality of material and workmanship they invested in
their homes, it was very clear to us that we had met the right
representative and was dealing with the kind of people we could
trust to deliver a top quality product at a reasonable price. We
